摘　　要：介绍了海藻糖合酶的来源、性质、固定化及细胞透性化技术。并通过实例探讨适合海藻糖工业化生产的方法,展望海藻糖合酶固定化及透性化技术的研究趋势。The source, property and immobilization of trehalose synthase were introduced as well as cell permeabilization. Several methods which were suitble for industrial production of trehalose were discussed with examples. The research tendency of trehalose synthase immobilization and cell permeabilization were also prospected.
