摘 要:目的:通过对出科理论考试质量分析,发现教学中的不足,不断提高实践教学质量。方法:对39名护生进行出科理论考试,并对试题的难度、区分度、效度、试卷综合质量和考试成绩进行分析。结果:考试成绩呈正偏态分布。难度大的试题其区分度和效度也较低,但试卷的综合质量较高。结论:部分试题还需进一步修改,临床教学老师应加强胸部损伤和冠心病这两部分教学,同时注重培养护生分析问题和解决问题能力。Objective: To improve clinical teaching quality by analyze the quality of the written examination. Methods: A total of 39 nursing students took the examination. The degree of difficulty, degree of distinction, reliability, validity and the comprehensive index on written examination were analyzed. Results: The examination scores were positive skewness distribution. Both degree of distinction and validity of problems, with relatively high degree of difficulty, were lower than the normal level. But the comprehensive index of the examination was quite high. Conclusion : Some problems of the examination need to be amended. The clinical teacher should improve teaching quality on chest injury and coronary artery disease, meamwhile bring up the nursing students' ability of analyzing and solving problems.
