摘 要:为得到可重构制造系统敏捷有效的重组配置并快速分析不同配置结构对性能的影响,根据可重构制造系统的特征,提出了基于权重有向图的配置决策模型方法。运用模块化思想,依据可重构制造系统所实现的主要功能建立相应的有向图子模型,并通过邻接矩阵、可达矩阵、关联矩阵的聚类变迁合成综合的配置决策支持模型,该模型能够为最终的系统配置提供较好的性能参考数据。通过对模型的权重邻接阵的分析来整合模型的扩展性和灵敏性,并通过应用验证了该模型的有效性。In order to attain the system configuration and analyze the impact ot the contiguration on performance rapidly and effectively, a modeling method based on weighted directed graph was presented according to characteristics of RMS. By using modular method, some sub--models were achieved according to functionality of RMS. The integrated configuration decision model was attained by anglicizing and clustering the adjacency matrix, accessible matrix and conjunction matrix, this model can give performance reference data to system configuration. The sensitivity and expansibility of this model were integrated by analysis the weighted conjunction matrix, an application was presented to illustrate the effectivity of the model.
