摘　　要：吉林省吉林市地处长白山向松嫩平原的过渡地带,地形复杂,山区、半山区、丘陵、平原、盆地、谷地和湖泊交错分布,气候多样,气象灾害发生频繁,气象灾害风险评估尤为重要。但由于吉林经济社会历史等原因,气象灾害风险评估工作在吉林市还处于零运行状态。为此,论证了气象灾害风险评估工作在吉林市开展的可行性和重要性。Jilin City lies in the transition zone of Changbai Mountain and Songnen Plain. The terrain is complex. The mountainous area, the region halfway up the mountain, the hill, the plain, the basin, the valley land and the lake distribute together. The climate is diverse, and the meteorological disasters occur frequently. However, there are still not the meteorological disasters risk assessments in Jilin because of its economic social history conditions. So, meteorological disasters risk assessment is especially important.
