摘  要:智能速度控制系统(ISA)是伴随ITS技术的发展而产生的一种车辆主动安全技术,意图通过限制车速来达到提高道路交通安全水平的目的。为了研究装载ISA车辆对交通流的影响,文中利用Vissim仿真,对不同交通量、不同封闭的ISA车辆混入率时的交通流加以模拟,从而得到其速度标准差的变化趋势。可以判断出,封闭的ISA系统在交通量较小时对降低事故率有显著作用,但当交通量上升到一定水平后,应考虑采用开启或半开启的ISA,或者运用其他速度管理措施。Intelligent Speed Adaptation is a kind of vehicle active safety technology with the development of ITS technology, which can improve the road safety level through vehicle's speed. In order to study the influence of the vehicles with ISA on the traffic flow, based on Vissim simulation, the traffic flow was Simulated based on different traffic flow and different proportion of the vehicles with ISA in order to get the trend of speed standard deviation. It is concluded that the closed ISA has significant effect on reducing the accident rate when the traffic flow is low; however, as the traffic flow increases to some extent, unlocked or half-unlocked ISA, or some other measures for speed control, shall be considered.
