摘  要:目的:分析不同培养模式下护理专业学生的就业情况,为毕业生的就业提供参考依据。方法:采用问卷调查法收集资料,用spss 11.5软件包-2χ检验分析。结果:两种培养模式下毕业生的就业率、获得工作途径和对就业单位的满意度没有差异;就业单位等级、用工性质有显著差异。结论:不同培养模式下的毕业生各有市场需求;毕业生要转变就业观念,自主择业;学校加强就业指导提高就业率,同时培养学生爱岗敬业精神。Objective: To analyze the employment situation for students majoring in nursing under different educational modes and to provide a reference for studying the graduates' employment situation. Methods: The raw materials were collected and surveyed through questionnaire, then the Х^2^- hypothesis testing analysis was made with the SPAS11.5 software. Results: The research shows the two educational modes have little difference in graduates' employment rate, the way to find the job, and the satisfaction on the final employer. However, they do have fundamental difference in the employer's class (rank) and the na- ture of their employment. Conclusions: Students with different educational modes have their own employment opportunity as far as market requirement is concerned. The authors should focus on the pre-graduation employment training to increase the students' employment rate. For the students themselves, they should have a more open mind toward employment, have a more practical self evaluation, and try to enhance their professional dedication.
