摘　　要：目的快速检测食物中毒标本中的金黄色葡萄球菌。方法采集到的肛拭子和剩余食物标本直接进行金黄色葡萄球菌荧光定量PCR检测,并做分离培养。结果从采集到的肛拭子和剩余食物标本分离到金黄色葡萄球菌,而且PCR检测结果阳性。结论金黄色葡萄球菌是此次食物中毒的病原体。Objective To rapidly detect Staphylococcus aureus in food poisoning samples.. Methods Staphylococcus aureus in samples that collected from anus and leftovers was determined by molecular biological techniques and fluorescent real- time PCR assay, and then isolated and cultured. Results Staphylococcus aureus was isolated from food poisoning samples and the specimens were positive by fluorescent real- time PCR assay. Conclusion Staphylococcus aureus resulted in food poisoning.
