摘  要:目的了解桂阳县农村居民食用盐含碘量的现状。方法按随机抽样的方法抽取全县9个乡镇中居民即时食用盐,按国标GB/T13025.7-1999直接滴定法测定含碘量。结果居民盐碘均值为30.81mg/kg,合格碘盐食用率94.8%,非碘盐为4.0%。结论桂阳县农村居民的盐碘食用率较高,但仍有非法商贩提供非碘盐,实施全民食盐加碘策略应长期坚持。Objective To investigate the iodine content in edible salt among the rural residents of Guiyang County. Methods Samples were randomly selected from nine villages and towns in Guiyang County to determine the amount of iodine in iodized salt by using GB/T13025.7 - 1999 direct titration method. Results The mean value of salt iodine was 30.81 mg/kg. The consumption rate of qualified iodized salt was 94.8 %, and that of non - iodized salt was 4. O %. Conclusions The consumption rate of iodized salt in rural residents of Guiyang County is high, while there are still some illegal peddlers offering non- iodized salt, so the salt iodization program should be implemented for a long time.
