摘 要:运用模糊数学建模方法,对影响网络课程教学质量与效益主要因素的定性评价转换为有限定量评价指标,被教育技术学者广泛采用,并且设计出多种评价系统和评价模型,不失为一种有效的探索;但多数模型兴趣在于最后的数字化结果,恰恰忽略了模型运用过程中的科学性。本文作者曾在完成广东省高校人文社科研究项目——IT设备评标应用系统过程中,运用模糊优选理论,设计了IT设备采购综合评标模型和应用演算范例,验证了利用集合论对设备采购评比的可行性和合理性。本文内容旨在借鉴模糊优选理论设计评标模型的心得,应用于评价网络课程,使得网络课程评价过程和评价模型进一步科学化。Models based on fuzzy mathematics are widely applied in education technology. They are used to assess the teaching quality of internet courses, and therefore, are very effec.tive as a feasible evaluation system. However, most models based on fuzzy mathematics concentrate on the final digitalized result, neglecting the credibility in the process of using such models. The author of this paper, who once finished the project of human science in Guangdong Province - The System of IT Equipment Bidding Evaluation, took the advantage of fuzzy optimal theory and designed the model of the evaluation of IT equipment, which verifies the reasonability and feasibility of set theory. This paper applies fuzzy optimal theory to the evaluation of internet courses, with an aim to making the evaluation system more scientific.
