摘　　要：现代教育技术的广泛应用是教育现代化的一个重要标志。要应用现代教育技术,必须先建设良好的现代教育技术环境。本文对高校现代教育技术环境的功能和构成做了一些有益的探索。The most important symbol of education modemization is the widely application of modem education technical. The popularization of modem education technical is based on favorable environment for contemporaneity technological education. Therefore, the function and constitutes of modem education technical for university were detailed studied in this paper.
