磨牙纵裂保守疗法的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨磨牙纵裂的保守治疗效果。方法78例纵裂磨牙采用临时塑料全冠保护下进行治疗,2周后进行全冠修复。结果治疗前用临时塑料全冠进行保护性治疗,总有效率92.30%。磨牙纵裂裂隙大小与疗效有关。结论纵裂磨牙治疗前用临时塑料全冠进行保护和术后全冠修复效果较佳,值得推广应用。Objective To study the dinical effect of molar vertical crack. Methods Seventy - eight molar vertical crack were treated by temporany plastic on the full crown protection full crown rehabilitaton 2 weeks later. Results The treatment efficiency is 92.3 %. The size of the vertical crack is relativity with the effection. Conclusion The full crown protection on the temporary plastics before molar vertical crack treatment and finally full crown restoration are more effective and worth popularization.
