摘　　要：针对知识经济环境下,知识管理作为企业竞争优势的重要来源,正在日益成为当代企业管理工作的重心。深入系统地研究了基于知识管理的企业组织创新的机制、组织创新的模式等理论问题。提出了以知识管理——组织学习——组织创新为主线,深入研究基于知识管理的企业组织创新问题的观点。This paper presents a deep and systematic study on the content of enterprise organization innovation based on knowledge management. It will become the core of the enterprise management. It does further research on some theoretical problems such as new system, new organizational model based on knowledge management in enterprise organization. It proposes a new method---knowledge management-organization study-organization innovation which do deeper study on the base of opinions of enterprise organization innovation.
