略论高校德育教学中大学生职业道德素质的培养

摘　　要：大学教育的专业化特点,决定了加强职业道德教育的必要性。高校德育教学有利于大学生建立正确的人生观,使之在职业生涯中摆正个人与社会的关系,帮助学生充分认识德性修养乃是立身之本,是形成良好职业道德素质的坚实基础。要加强德育教学的针对性,德育教师要重视自身的师德建设,掌握必要的方式方法,从而推动大学生职业道德素质不断提高。Because of the high specialization of university education, it is very necessary to improve professional moral edu- cation.The moral education of university is beneficial for the students to establish the right philosophy and value of life, to deal with the relation between individual and society and help them to realize that the training of the life of virtue is the basis of raising professional ethics, so it is necessary to improve the orientation of university moral education. The teachers should think much of self-construction of ethics and master the methods of work in order to raise students＇ occupational morals quality.
