摘　　要：论述了CIP系统的构成、影响CIP清洗效果的因素及CIP系统的设计要点,并列举了CIP在酵母抽提物生产中的应用实例。In this paper, the structures of the CIP system, the effects of the clean by CIP, and the design important points on the CIP system were described, and the application of the CIP system in yeast extracts production.
