摘 要:成功应用机器人技术是提升工程机械和装备科技含量的重要途径。基于工程施工领域的特殊性和推行现代化施工设备的必要性,介绍机器人在隧道施工、井巷开拓和港口码头等工程机械领域中的应用特点,并就机器人并联机构的各种基本构型、精度及动态测量、机器人工作空间以及控制系统和控制策略等工程机械中机器人发展的关键技术进行分析和探讨。指出这一领域的发展方向、目前的进展、取得的成果和存在的问题,为工程界对该课题的研究提供了有价值的参考意见。Construction equipment is important equipment in national economic foundation and industrial construction. How to apply new technologies to develop modern construction machinery products to meet the need of project construction has been always a target concerned and pursued by construction industry home and abroad. Successful application of robot technology is an important approach to escalate science contents of construction machinery and equipment. On the basis of particularity in project construction and necessity to promote modernized construction, application and characteristics of robots in tunnel constructing, galery building and port construction are fully described. Some key technologies such as various basic configurations of parallel robot mechanism, accuracy and dynamic measurement, operation space of robots as well as control system and control strategy etc. are analyzed and discussed. Development trend, present progress, achievements and existing problems are pointed out, which provides a valuable reference for this domain research and construction machinery industry upgrading.
