摘  要:公正是高考命题各个环节必须考虑的现实问题。人们在追求命题公正实践中又面临公正的两面性、相对性和复杂性。高考试卷命制中,知识与能力的关系、试题内容、试卷难度、题型设计、试卷组配、试题情景等问题都关涉公正的两难选择。实现高考命题公正的基本途径是牢固树立考试公正理念;建立命题公正性审查制度;加强国家考试题库的建设;着力提高命题者的公正素养。Equity is the realistic issue that must be considered in every link of college entrance examination. People are confronted with the two-sidedness, relativity and complexity of equity in the practice of pursuing proposition equity. In the proposition of college entrance examination paper, the problems such as the relationship between knowledge and ability, content of exam, difficulty of exam paper, type design, exam paper assembly and situation of exam questions, etc. are all related to the dilemma of equity. The basic approaches of realizing the equity of college entrance examination mainly include firmly establishing the concept of examination equity, establishing the review mechanism of proposition equity, strengthening the construction of national examination question warehouse, and making great efforts to improve the equity accomplishment of designers of exam questions.
