摘　　要：目的：建立标准加入-火焰原子吸收法直接测定啤酒中铅新方法。方法：依据吸光度值的加和性,在啤酒样品中加入铅标准系列溶液,增大吸光度值,提高方法的灵敏度,直接测定啤酒中铅含量。结果：啤酒中铅含量在0.1～2.5μg/ml范围内有良好的线性关系,曲线回归方程：Y=0.1398X＋0.007829,相关系数r=0.9998,RSD（%）2.92～4.53,检出限为0.0336 mg/L。结论：本方法简便灵敏,精密度良好,适用于啤酒中铅的直接测定,有实用价值。Objective： To establish standards by adding-FAAS beer direct determination of lead in new ways.Methods：Based on the value added and the absorbance of the sample in the beer into lead series solution,increasing the absorbance values,enhance the sensitivity of the method,the direct determination of lead content in beer was performed.Results：Beer in the lead content in the 0.1~2.5 μ g/ml within the framework of a good linear relationship between the curve regression equation was： Y=0.1398X＋0.007829,the correlation coefficient r=0.9998,RSD（%） 2.92~4.53,the detection limit of 0.0336 mg/L.Conclusion：The method is simple,sensitive and precise.
