2005～2007年广东省抽检苹果、山楂制品中展青霉素残留量结果分析

摘　　要：目的：了解广东省市场销售的苹果、山楂制品中展青霉素残留量的情况。方法：采用高效液相色谱法-二极管阵列检测器,在276 nm波长处检测苹果和山楂制品中的展青霉素含量,方法线性范围为0.050～1.0 mg/L（r=0.999）,检测限（LOD）为10μg/kg,定量限（LOQ）为30μg/kg。结果：苹果、山楂制品中展青霉素检出率占样品总数的7.2%,超标率占样品总数的1.2%。结论：广东省市场销售的苹果、山楂制品中展青霉素检出率和超标率均处于较低水平。Objective： To find out the situation of remanent patulin in apple and hawthorn products in Guangdong Province market.Methods：Use photodiode array detector to detect,the detective wavelength was 276 nm,external standard method with peak area to quantify,the linear range of the calibration curve of patulin were from 0.050~1.0 mg/L（r=0.999）,the limit of detection was 10 μg/kg and the limit of quantification was 30 μg/kg.Results：The remanent patulin in apple and hawthorn products was detected by 7.2% in total of the samples,and the encroach samples with the level of remanent patulin higher than the corresponding tolerance limits was accounted for 1.2% of the total.Conclusion：The percentages of detection and superscale of remanent patulin in apple and hawthorn products in Guangdong Province market are at a relatively low level.
