摘  要:目的:探讨单眼失明对患者日常活动的影响,寻找更好的治疗方法和措施。方法:对每个患者进行问卷调查,调查问卷内容包括患者的年龄、性别、失明原因、失明时间、是否手术、手术方法、单眼视觉给患者带来的影响。问卷共26个问题。我们调查了100例患者,回复了85例,然后将85例患者所提供的信息进行整理分析。结果:单眼失明患者在心理上和社交活动方面均受影响,因缺乏立体视觉对日常活动影响很大,需要较长时间去适应,渐渐失明者较突然失明者适应快,幼儿患者较成年人适应快。所有患者都缺乏理论指导和专业的适应训练。结论:了解单眼失明对患者日常生活的影响,能够使我们更好的从医疗、心理与社会等多方面对患者进行治疗。采取更好的措施,帮助患者恢复健康。Objective: To investigate the information coming from the patients with acquired monocular vision, to study the effect of acquired monocular vision on the daily activities of patients. Methods: Eighty-five patients in a case series completed a 26-question survey evaluating the functional consequences of monocular vision. Results: Patients with monocular vision, the difficulties with depth perception and were prevalent. And the old people adapted more slowly than the children, and the sudden visual loss adapted more slowly than those with gradual loss. Many people had been affected on their daily activities, such as employment, social intercourse and others. The patients had no formal training to help them adapt. Conclusion: There are many obstacles that patients face in making the transition to monocular vision. Few patients receive any formal instruction to help them adapt, yet many indicate that it would be beneficial.
