摘　　要：分析了目前高校科研管理工作存在的主要问题,从创新科研管理的理念、体制,实现科研管理信息化及加强队伍建设等方面提出了解决对策。This paper analyzes the major issues in current management of university, and based on the concept of innovation management of scientific research, physical System in achieving the management information of scientific research and strengthen the team building, etc.
