摘　　要：针对传统水质参数管理软件在数据计算能力方面较为薄弱的缺点,通过对Delphi与Matlab两种软件的混合编程,充分利用它们各自的优点,开发了水质预测与管理信息系统软件。实际运行表明系统能够实现既定的要求和目标。In view of the weakness of the traditional water quality parameter management software in data computing, WQFMIS（water quality forecast and management information system） has been developed, which was mix - programmed by Delphi and Matlab and used their respective merit fully. It＇ s indicated that the system can meet the request and the goal.
