摘　　要：完善的学习支持服务服务体系是开展远程教育的基础,树立什么样的服务理念、依据什么样的服务原则决定着支持的效果和服务的质量。根据现代远程教育的规律和特点,学习支持服务应遵循技术性、多元化、系统性、交互性、便捷性、及时性、地域差异性、人性化、动态化等服务原则,才能够有效而高质的实施服务。Effective learning support services is the basis of distance education. The author holds that service concept and its principles exert significant roles in service effectiveness and quality in distance education. According to the laws and characteristics of modern distance education, the paper puts forward the guidelines such as technical, diversified, systematic, interactive, convenient, timeliness, geographical differences, humanized, dynamic, which are regarded as a significant guarantee for ensuring high and effective services in learning support for distance education.
