摘  要:以豆粕、鱼粉和玉米面为原料,采用法国Clextral BC-45型双螺杆挤压机制备了3种配方的漂浮性颗粒饲料,研究了颗粒饲料中蛋白质的消化性和溶解性,并分析了颗粒饲料的漂浮性和吸水性。结果表明:用双螺杆挤压机挤压蒸煮明显提高了颗粒饲料中蛋白质的消化率(平均消化率为66.9%),与普通蒸煮相比提高了24.4%;挤压颗粒饲料蛋白质溶解率平均为38.4%,以鱼粉为原料的颗粒饲料蛋白质溶解率比豆粕高25.7%;颗粒饲料在海水中都有很好的漂浮性,其中以鱼粉和豆粕混合配方的饲料漂浮性最好;颗粒饲料在海水中都有很强的吸水性,以豆粕为原料的颗粒饲料吸水性最强。采用先进的双螺杆挤压机,以鱼粉、豆粕和玉米粉为原料,可以生产出漂浮性好和蛋白质消化性高的水产颗粒饲料。Three floating pelleted feed were prepared from soybean meal, fishmeal and corn meal and extruded by French Clextral BC -45 twin - screw extruder. Digestibility and solubility of protein in the pellets were studied, and the characteristics of floating and water absorption were evaluated. The results showed that the dietary protein digestibility reached 66.9%, 24.2% higher through the extruder compared with that through ordinary cooking methods. The protein solubility of the pellets extruded was 38.4%, and the pellets prepared from fish meal had higher solubility than that made from soybean meal. The pellets were found to have a good performance of floating and water absorbing. The pellets prepared from the mixture of soybean meal and fish meal showed the best floating properties, while the pellets made from soybean meal had the highest water absorption. Therefore, advanced twin - screw extruder can be applied to produce better floating and higher protein solubility of formulated feed from the blend of fish meal and soybean meal in aquaculture.
