摘 要:如何提高校长培训有效性,一直是校长培训研究关注的问题。要从根本上提高校长培训的有效性,关键在于确立校长专业成长的自我更新取向。校长专业成长自我更新取向符合校长专业成长的规律;校长专业成长自我更新取向的确立,将会对校长培训的目标、功能、模式等基本问题产生根本影响,也将对校长培训的有效性产生根本影响。It has been the consistent focus of researchers on the improvement of the effectiveness of headteacher training. The author holds that in order to enhance the overall effectiveness of the current headteacher training, the decisive measure is for headteachers to establish their own directions of self- improvement during the process of professional development. Headteachers' directions of self-improvement are closely in line with the regular pattern of the headteacher professional development, and which soon after being established, will be of fundamental impact on some critical issues of headteacher training such as the aim, the function and the module as well as the training effectiveness.
