摘　　要：本文根据赴西欧短期考察收集的资料，介绍了欧洲高速铁路及高速列车技术发展的情况，并对我国发展高速铁路和提高既有铁路运输速度提出了几点体会．This article introduced the dacelopment of high-railway and high-speed train in Europe according to the information collected during our short term technical survey in western Europe,As well,some suggestions on the development of high-speed railway and speed-up of existing lines in our country were presented.
