羊水细胞培养用于产前细胞遗传学诊断177例分析

摘　　要：目的:应用羊水细胞培养对孕中期孕妇进行产前诊断,预防染色体病。方法:采用羊水细胞培养、常规染色体制备、G显带技术,对177例具有产前诊断指征的孕妇进行染色体核型分析。结果:6例21三体,1例45,X,3例平衡易位,诊断结果与随访情况一致。结论:羊水细胞培养进行产前诊断是十分安全而可靠的。Objective To prevent the birth of fetuses with chromosomal diseases. Method Prenatal diagnoses were performed on 177 women with midtrimester pregnancy. G banding technique was used on cultured amniotic fluid cells. Result In the total 177 cases, 167 cases had normal karyotypes,6 cases 21 trisomy, 1 case 45,X,3 cases were balanced translocation. The diagnostic results were coincident with the follow up inquiry. Conclusion Amniotic fluid culture for prenatal diagnosis is very safe and reliable.
