摘　　要：在发动机涡轮叶片寿命层面上提出了三参数的威布尔分布,确定其寿命的实际分布,为发动机涡轮叶片的可靠性定量评估提供了一种切实可行的方法,其可行性已被初步的实验证实。同时也为航空公司合理备件、节约备件库存量提供参考,对提高公司的运作效益有着重要的意义。Three parameters Weibull-Distributing made scientific researches on turbine blades was put forward and the concrete distributing of turbine blades life is confirmed. Meanwhile, a faithfully way with reliableness analysis of the aero-engine turbine blades is provided, the feasibility was demonstrated by some preliminary tests. Otherwise, technical, assurance for spare part to airline company is provided. The benefit of saving spare part stocks in airline company would be increased collectivity,
