摘 要:根据自主研发阻尼可调油气弹簧的结构形式,分析了叠加节流阀片的挠曲变形量,给出系统流量分配的等效关系。提出运用最小二乘法拟合不同电流强度下控制阀的流量系数,并与实际气体状态方程结合建立了阻尼可调油气弹簧的数学模型。仿真分析了不同电流强度下总输出力随位移的变化关系,通过与试验数据相比较,验证了数学模型的正确性。国内首次实现了不同路况下阻尼可调油气悬挂的实地跑车试验,所得数据为新产品研发提供了参考。The deflections of throttle slices were analyzed and the equivalent relations of flux distribution were deduced according to the structure of self-designed hydro-pneumatic spring. The flux coefficients of control valve were fitted by the least squares method under different current strength, and combining with the state equation of real gas, the mathematical model of hydro-pneumatic spring with controllable damping was built. The relations between the total export force and the displacement were analyzed under different current strength, and the correctness of model was validated through comparing with the experimental data. The field tests of hydro-pneumatic suspension with controllable damping were carried out on different roads, which offer reference to design new products.
