摘　　要：高校领导班子要提高执政能力，必须坚持党委中心组深入持续的理论学习，通过学习，提升学院领导班子的科学决策水平，提高广大干部的执行贯彻能力，形成全体教职工的工作合力，从而加快学院建设发展进程，提升学院办学质量。To promote the ruling ability of the leadership group, the theoretical study of party committee center group must be continued thoroughly and constantly, which contributes to the promotion of decision- making level of the leadership group, to the improvement of the cadres＇ abilities to implement policies and to the production of the faculty＇ s co- working ability. So the construction of colleges is speeded up and the school - running quality is promoted.
