摘　　要：提出了长方矩阵的加W权-Moore-Penrose逆,给出了加W权-Moore-Penrose逆存在的充分必要条件,计算方法及其应用.而且也给出了《关于长方矩阵的加权逆的存在性》一文中提出的加权群逆的存在性的新的充分必要条件.The W - Moore -Penrose inverses of rectangular matrices are defined. Some necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence, some expressions and applications of the weighted W - Moore - Penrose inverses of rectangular matrices are given. And some new necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of the weighted group inverse introduced by （The existence of inverses of weighted rectangular matrices） are proved.
