金瓷修复体的比色研究

摘　　要：目的:研究和控制修复体与天然牙颜色相匹配的影响因素,为口腔科医师临床比色提供参考意见。方法:采用修复前比色,制作修复体,戴入患者口内,通过患者观察修复体颜色与天然牙的匹配度,评价颜色复制效果和患者的满意度。结果:修复体制作完成后对颜色再现满意的患者有65.1%,较满意者22.8%,不满意者12.1%。结论:牙齿的颜色匹配影响因素较多,应用Vita16色比色板比色不能获得较高的临床满意度。Objective To provide reference of clinic shade to dentists,study the effect factors of matching colors between prothesis and nature teeth. Methods Through selecting color before making prothesis, then making restorations, and then letting the patients to observe the color matching,evaluate color matching effect and patients＇ content. Results The completely satisfaction rate was 65.1%, the moderately satisfaction rate was 22.8% and the dissatisfaction rate was 12,1%. Conclusion There are many factors to influence dentures＇ colors and, Vita16 shade guide can not get highly clinical content effect.
