摘 要:根据采煤机截割理论,建立了螺旋叶片参数(结构参数、运动参数)与目标参数(滚筒装煤量、轴向输煤速度、轴向抛煤力、滚筒最低转速、块煤率)间关系的数学模型.以此为基础,研究了滚筒直径为1800,1600,1250mm,叶片头数为2时,叶片升角、叶片螺距、滚筒转速与装煤量的关系和叶片升角、滚筒转速与轴向抛煤速度的关系;并分析了叶片升角、牵引速度、滚筒转速对轴向抛煤力和块煤率的影响,以及三种型号滚筒的叶片升角、牵引速度与滚筒最低转速之间的关系.研究结果表明,螺旋叶片的升角对滚筒装煤量、轴向抛煤速度、轴向抛煤力和滚筒最低转速影响较大,并得到叶片升角最佳值在0.43 rad左右,为采煤机滚筒设计提供理论依据.According to the cutting theory of shearer, the mathematic models of relationship between the helical vane parameters (structural parameters, kinematical parameters) and the objective parameters (coal capacity of the drum, coal conveying speed in axial direction, stoker force in axial direction, minimum speed of the drum, percentage of lump coal) were established. Based on the above, when the vane was with 2-start, the drum diameters were 1 800, 1 600, 1 250 mm, the relationship between vane parameters (helical angle, drum rotary speed) and the coal conveying speed and the relationship between parameters namely helical angle, drum rotating speed and speed of stroking up coal in axial direction was studied. Furthermore, the influence of the vane parameters (helical angle, haulage speed, drum rotary speed) on the stoker force in axial direction and the percentage of lump coal, and the relationship of the vane parameters (helical angle, haulage speed) and the minimum speed of the drum were analyzed. The results indicate that the helical angle has a great influence on the objective parameters (coal capacity of the drum, coal conveying speed in axial direction, stoker force in axial direction, minimum speed of the drum), and the best value is obtained around 0.43 rad, which provides theoretic basis for design of the shearer drum.
