摘　　要：本文运用演化分析范式分析企业文化变异的动力,并在此基础上,从实证模块选择的视角,选取杰克.韦尔奇这位杰出的企业家对GE企业文化举足轻重的影响环节作为企业家推动企业文化变异动力分析的佐证。The paper analyses the motive power of the variation of corporate culture from the angel of an evolutionary analytical approach. From visual angle of the empirical perspective, the paper fact that Jack Welch, the outstanding entrepreneur, influences GE corporate culture as proof o analysis of variance of corporate culture.
