摘 要:青年教师培养是高校教师队伍建设的重点,关系到高校的长远发展。长期以来,高校青年教师培养工作缺乏整体性和系统性的考虑和设计,与教师专业发展和学校战略目标缺乏紧密联系,难以取得实效。本文在分析我国高校教师队伍现状的基础上,探讨了青年教师培养工作的新理念,并分析和介绍了浙江大学近年来构建青年教师培养与支持体系的创新举措。Being related to the long-term development of higher education institute, the cultivation of young faculty members is becoming the key task of faculty team construction. For a long period, faculty members cultivation has been short of integration and systematic consideration and designation, also lack of close relation with faculty professional development and university strategic objective. If these problems cannot be resolved well, we may find it difficulty to achieve actual effect of cultivation. This paper discusses the new idea of faculty members cultivation based on the analysis of faculty team current status, and introduces systematically the innovative measures to establishing the cultivation system for young faculty members at Zhejiang University in recent years. These thoughts and doing are valuable for deepening the reform of faculty members cultivation system in universities of our country.
