摘  要:为提高教学质量和办学水平,我们以"以学生为中心"、"全员参与"和"系统合作"为指导思想构建了本科教学质量的"三四四"规范化管理机制。这一机制促进了新建地方高校教学质量的不断提高和办学水平的持续提升。"344" Standardizing Management Mechanism of Undergraduate Teaching Quality is composed of the student-centred operating criteria of quality objective structure from three aspects, the faculty-objected assessment of behavior responsibility from four quarters, and the process guarantee of organization structure carried hy four systems. Based on this structiong, this mechanism forms a circling process of constant optimization and improvement from input to output of the talents cultivation, which is favourable to establish a long-lasting mechanism for scientific and advanced teaching quality management, and thus improve the teaching quality and operating level of the newly-built local colleges and universities.
