摘　　要：宋代元宵节以张灯宴游、百戏巡演、天子同乐等为主要节俗活动,是官定的最热闹节日之一。宋代元宵词展现了节日期间淡化等级、突破禁忌的各种狂欢性节俗活动。元宵狂欢中显示出的特有的文化现象——颠覆,以及民众胸臆表白的特殊方式——笑乐,体现了民众的自由平等愿望与乐观生活态度。Lantern festivals during the Song Dynasty featured colorful lanterns, feasts, drama, parades and the rulers＇ sharing pleasures with the people and were one of the gayest official festivals. Lantern festival ei during the Song period reflected various types of festivities during which the social hierarchy was east aside and taboos were broken. The unique cultural phenomena exhibited during the lantern festivals like subversion and prevailing laughter and pleasure reflected the populace＇s wishes for freedom and equality and their optimism about life.
