摘　　要：奏记以公府为对象,作为上行文的郑重性略次于奏笺。《文选》"奏记"类唯选阮籍《诣蒋公》一篇,为辞太尉蒋济之征辟而作。李善注引《晋书》以"属魏晋之际,天下多故"论其辞征之由,几成定论。其时司马氏与曹氏集团的斗争尚未表面化,阮籍辞征和对司马集团的政治态度无关,纯属个人服膺老庄处世观念的结果。The ＂Zou Ji＂took the San Gong as an object, with less formal than the ＂Zou Jian＂. The ＂Zou Ji＂ in the ＂Wen Xuan＂ only chose to Jiang Ji by Yuan Ji which was produced for refusing Jiang Ji＇s conscription. Li Shan＇s note explained the reason that the cliques conflict each other in the time of Wei and Jin which was accepted widely Nevertheless, the coliision between Si Ma group and Yuan Ji group didn＇t take in evidence at that time. In fact, the reason for refusing rested with Yuan Ji＇s passion to Taoism but not the political attitude to Si Ma group.
