摘  要:随着课程改革的深入。教师的专业发展已经超越教师个人层面,向教师职业群体专业化迈进。因此,反思传统教育中教师文化的缺失.分析现代教育理念中关于教师群体文化的特征,构建健康的合作型教师群体文化,对促进教师集体和个体的自觉主动发展有着十分重要的意义。With the further reform of courses, the development of teachers' profession is going beyond a teacher individual and is having its way to the specialization of the teacher group. So it's of great significance to reflect on the loss of teachers'culture existing in traditional education, to analyses the cultural features of teacher group in the modern educational concept and to establish a healthy, cooperative culture of the teacher group, for teachers to take initiatives to boost self-development both individuals and as a whole.
