历奇为本辅导教学法与行动导向教学法在干部教育培训中运用的比较研究

摘　　要：干部教育培训在继续教育领域里占据非常重要和特殊的地位,实施教育创新相对而言更加容易。历奇为本辅导教学法和行动导向教学法,相对于传统的课堂讲授法而言,是两种新的教学方法,在培训中它们各有优点和局限,结合使用会有很好的效果。Since the education and training of cadres in the field of continuing education has a vital and special position, the implementation of educational innovations is relatively much easier. Compared with the traditional classroom instruction approaches, the approaches of adventure-based counseling and action-oriented teaching are two new ones, in practice we find that they have their own benefits and limitations, and it will take on a better prospect if we combine them together.
