摘　　要：UG二次开发模块提供了丰富的二次开发工具,利用该模块可对UG系统进行用户化开发,满足用户广泛的专业需求。首先介绍了基于UG食品挤压机中螺杆的三维参数化造型设计的思路和实现方法,运用UG NX OPEN工具进行二次开发,创建菜单和用户化界面以及用C#语言编制应用程序,最终实现了通过对话框输入参数,直接建立食品挤压机螺杆的三维模型。综合上述方法,为螺杆的系列化设计提供了参考途径。UG secondary development model provided abundant tools. To satisfy user＇s extensive demand, UG system can be developed with the model, The realization method of food extruder screw design based on UG software was introduced firstly, then the UG software is developed with UG NX OPEN, Building the menu and the customization interface, application program was given using C# language in order to implement inputting the parameter through the dialog box, constructing directly the three-dimension model of food extruder screw at last. Integrating above method, the reference approach was provided for the series of screw design.
