摘　　要：体育教育如何发展学生个性，是值得每一个体育工作者重视的问题，笔者从个性心理特征入手，在兴趣、能力、气质、性格等四个方面探讨了体育教学如何因人而异，因材施教，发展学生良好个性品质的问题。How to develop students′ individual characteristics in physical education is a problem that calls for the attention of the staff in the line.In the paper the author makes a profound study of how to develop the students′ individual characteristics in their interests,abilities,makings and characteristics through their individual psychological characteristics according to different individuals and their aptitude.
