摘　　要：运用文献法,逻辑分析法,根据新一轮基础教育课程改革的精神和《体育与健康课程标准》的新理念,在剖析传统体育课程学习评价存在主要问题的同时,以教育部制定的高中《体育与健康课程标准》为依据,就高中《体育与健康》课程学习评价的指导思想、基本理念、评价方式、评价内容、评价标准等进行了全面的探讨,以求在新课标实施下构建科学性、全面性、发展性、可操作性的高中《体育与健康》课程学习评价体系。With literature approach and logistic analysis, under the spirit of new generation for the reform of elementary education course and the new idea of ＂sports and health＂ course standard, this article analyzed problems of traditional sports course learning, and discussed the evaluation guiding ideology, fundamental idea, appraising way, appraising content, valuation standard and so on, so as to construct scientificalness, completeness, development and operatability of ＂sports and health＂ course appraising system in high schools.
