摘 要:高等职业院校人才培养模式是指在一定高等职业教育理念引领下,以社会需求和高职人才培养目标为导向,依托自身可利用的办学条件,在特定时限内为学生达到一定职业人才规格要求所预设的知识、能力和素质结构,以及实现这种结构的较为稳定的施行范式。其具有系统性、稳定性、示范性、时代性和实践性的基本特征。为此,高职院校在选择人才培养模式的过程中应遵循培养目标原则、质量保障原则、办学特色原则和专业差异原则。Higher vocational schools talents cultivation model indicate that, under the direction of some higher vocational education thoughts,oriented by the needs of society and the goal of talent cultivation, relying on its own availabe conditions, in order for students to reach certain professional standard by the default of knowledge, capacity and quality structure in particular time limit, the relative stable structure of implementation paradigm for achieving the structure. It possess characteristics of systematization, stability, demonstration, times and practicality. To this end, higher vocational schools should be followed objective principle, quality assurance principle, features and differences principle in selecting talents cultivation model.
