摘　　要：在分析借鉴上海金融学院中丹合作办学实践经验的基础上,提出了中外合作办学走可持续发展的关键所在。With the expansion of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools, a lot of problems have emerged. How to ensure the quality of the joint programs has become the focus of higher education. This essay puts forward some solutions based on the successful practice of the joint program of Shanghai Finance University and Niels Brock Copenhagen Business College.
