摘 要:从富油土壤中分离筛选到40株脂肪酶产生菌,其中060805菌株产脂肪酶的能力较强,根据其形态特征、生理生化鉴定及16s rDNA鉴定,初步鉴定为短波单胞菌.060805菌株发酵产酶需油脂的诱导,同时也依赖Mg^2+,培养基中不添加Mg^2+时产酶量很少,微量的Mg^2+就能激活菌体产酶.蔗糖等糖类物质不利于060805菌株产脂肪酶.该酶的最适作用温度为35℃,最适pH为6.0;而且在60℃保温60min酶活基本不损失,在pH5.0~8.0范围内稳定.40 strains producing lipase were isolated from rich oil soil. The lipase from 060805 has the highest activity to catalyze glycerolysis of oil. Strain 060805 was identified as Brevundimonas according to its characteristics. Lipase production conditions of Brevundimonas 060805 were studied in details. The results showed that lipase production of 060805 depended on fat and Mg^2+. Some saccharides restrained lipase production. The optimal pH and temperature of the lipase were pH 6.0 and 35 ℃ respectively. Activity of lipase was no much change at 60 ℃ for 60 min. and stable from pH 5.0 to pH 8.0.
