热分析技术在鉴别食用植物油中的应用

摘　　要：研究了一种鉴定植物油品种的快速测定法．该法采用差示扫描量热（ＤＳＣ）技术，记录植物油的冷却曲线及其一级微商曲线作为辨认油品的“指纹”，以此作为快速确定植物油品种的基础．We describe a method which can be used to adjust the concentrations of a biliquid system quickly in order to get a complete phase diagram or to make the experimental points spread over the whole range of 0～1.00 (massive fraction) reguarly.Three kinds of biliquid systems have been used as illustrations of the method .The results show that the exactness is satisfied for a proper situation.
