重视在校大学生的性健康教育

摘　　要：目的了解当前大学生的性观念及性教育现状,为高校开展性健康教育提供依据。方法对重庆市8所非医学类高校800名在校大学生开展集中组织形式匿名问卷调查性教育相关问题。结果从同学朋友交流获得性相关知识的最多,占总调查对象的61.0%,其次是从影视文学作品中获得,占调查对象的38%,从学校教育中获得性知识的仅占调查对象的28.6%;性安全意识淡漠,有过人工流产经历的比例高达10%。对发生性行为后意外怀孕所采取的措施也知之甚少,更不知人工流产造成的危害。结论大学生的正常发育及出现的性相关问题迫切需要科学系统的性健康教育的指导。建议的性教育方式占前三位的依次是科教片展放、专家讲座、学校课堂教育。Objective To investigate the sexual concept and sex education of the students in universities and provide cues for developing sex education in universities. Method the relative problems were investigated by handing out anonymous questionnaire to 800 students in 8 nonmedical universities. Result Their sexual knowledge mainly came from communication with classmates and friends,which occupies 61.0% of the total students,38% of the students received sexual knowledge from television and literature works, 28.6% of the participants got sexual knowledge from schooling. They had an indifferent attitude to sexual safety.And 10% of them experienced the artificial abortion. They had less knowledge about the adaptive measures after unexpected gestation and the harm of the artificial abortion. Conclusion The normal development of students and sex relative problems need scientific systematic sex education. The most important ways of instructive sex education are as follows：the show of science and educational films, experts＇ lectures and schooling.
