运用医学模拟教学创新护理技能训练模式的探讨

摘　　要：广州医学院护理学院运用医学模拟教学创新了护理技能训练模式,借助高端智能模型(ECS模拟人)创设出患有不同疾病的模拟病人用于护理技能训练,通过设置相应的参数,使得病人的"病情"可以不断的变化,学生根据病情变化的需要,为病人提供相应的护理措施,从而有效地运用已学护理理论和技能,综合训练护生的临床护理思维能力、病情观察能力、应急应变能力、团队协作精神、组织管理能力、交流沟通能力等,从而增强了学生参与课堂教学的主动性,推进了综合性实验课程的开发,有效地解决了临床见习中遇到的实际困难。问卷调查表明90%以上学生对教学效果表示满意。Medical simulate technology was used in nursing skill training in Guangzhou medical college. With the development of high technological, ECS could simulate different disease for nursing skill training, Coefficient could be set freely to change disease and situation, relatively nursing treating measures should be handled, Nursing theory and skills could be effectively practiced and comprehensive clinical nursing thoughts and skills could be exercised. Furthermore, observation ability, emergency treatment, team cooperative ability, organizational ability and communication could be improved. Medical students actively took part in this comprehensive course reform and difficulties in clinical training had effectively solved, According to questionnaire, 90% of the students was satisfied with this teaching model.
