摘　　要：工学结合教育模式下的职业生涯指导的具体内容。要从自我分析和评价的准确的把握、如何了解所选公司的基本情况、职业目标确定、目标的调整及求职策略等方面开展。要具体而有针对性,要在真实的职业环境中完成。This article presents the concrete contents of career guidance under the education mode of studying while working. It suggests that the career planning should start from the accurate self analysis and evaluation, the way to know the basic situation of the selected company, the decision on career target, the adjustment of the target and the strategy of employment etc. The whole process should be concrete and purposive and should be finished in real employment environment.
