摘　　要：文章对右半平面上的狄里克莱级数和随机狄里克莱级数增长性进行研究,引入指标lim σ→0+ ln+M(σ)/-lnσ,得到了零级狄里克莱级数增长性的一个充要条件。The half-plane in this Dirichlet series by author studies the growth of the Dirichlet series and random Dirichlet series on the right paper, and obtains a necessary and sufficient condition on the growth of zero-order introducing the Indicator.
